Job Description

Our Minnesota-based client is looking for a person who understands how to sell injection molded products into a variety of industries and has a passion for growing business through new client development!

Your Role with The Company:
– In this role, you will dedicate most of your time to developing new customers, and the remaining time will be focused on growing business with existing clients!
– This includes managing and maintaining a segment of the sales pipeline and using a stage-gate process to manage business development projects.
– You will define and target attractive markets and identify, develop, and close new sales leads to expand and diversify sales.
– This position will be home-based and ideally located near a major airport to visit potential prospects and OEM customers throughout North America.
– Reports to the Vice President of Engineering & Sales.

Background Profile:
– Must have 5+ years of experience in business development, program management, or technical sales
– Experience selling injection molded components
– Experience selling to OEM’s
– Highly technical backgrounds with knowledge of plastics will be considered
– Proven track record of new business development and growth with existing clients
– Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
– Willingness to travel as needed
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
